Shipping:
The time required to complete each item may vary. Ready to ship items ship in 3-5 business days. Custom items ship in 3-4 weeks unless specifically noted otherwise. Holidays are not included in turnaround time. Please be aware of this when ordering custom items, especially screenprint or vinyl tees. Custom items will be noted in the title and description.
Deliveries may be delayed due to Covid-19 and the holiday peak season. Please allow extra time in your delivery frame for these possible delays. Shipping transit times are in ADDITION to our manufacturing times. If you are concerned about a lost or delayed package, please check your tracking and confer with your local post office. If there are still delays or the package is marked as lost, please notify us via email at Mandygurlstitches@yahoo.com.
We do our best to combine shipping where possible and refund any shipping overages over $1. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refunds/Returns:
Our store does not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds.
Compensation will only be provided in cases of manufacturer defects or damage. Our shop must be notified of any issues via email (mandygurlstitches@yahoo.com) with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Photo proof of said issues must be provided upon request and item must be in new, unused/unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for compensation.
