This fun slouchy beanie features a neon swirly themed outer and purple lining. Both layers are Cotton Lycra. This hat does not have a pom. Sizing is measured in inches around your head--Remember that these hats do stretch! Size Medium fits head size 21-22".

Compensation will only be provided in cases of manufacturer defects or damage. Our shop must be notified of any issues via email (mandygurlstitches@yahoo.com) with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Photo proof of said issues must be provided upon request and item must be in new, unused/unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for compensation.
